Delivery We ship to all EU-countries. Delivery inside EU takes 3 - 6 working days and outside EU approx. 5 - 16 working days. Artecom Oy is not responsible for delivery delays caused by disruptions in the delivery service. Order confirmation We send the order confirmation to your e-mail address. Return policy (only in Finland) In Finland you can return goods withing 14 days from delivery date. Returned goods have to be in original package, unused, unwashed and in original saleable condition. To speed up return process, please inform us in advance via email: info@artecom.fi Please send along with the returned goods a paper that states your name, address, phone number or email, customer number, order number and account number where money have to be returned. Artecom Oy pays for the shipping costs of returned goods. By using agreement number 626385 you can return goods to Artecom Oy without paying shipping costs. Please use regular post services for return shipment. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office. We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
